Frustrated with rescheduling delivery date of a great product

“Wonderful bed frame and that gets the 5 stars. The people who came to deliver it and set it up were great. However, the continual pushing back of the delivery date was very frustrating. When you say the product is in stock and can be ordered, have it in stock so the delivery does not have to be rescheduled 3 times due it not being there.”

Feels sturdy!
Under bed lighting is very useful
Lots of settings to get the perfect position
The extra neck setting is really nice actually, especially for TV watching
The price is better than any comparable bed
Con:
You have to hold the home button - kind of annoying vs my old bed that was a single push
Only one, giant remote. However, there's an app (Moto sleep) that works great!
Meh:
Massage is VERY light with our mattress. Pretty useless except to create noise.”

“The hype is real on these things! My wife and I use it for watching TV, reading, etc. but also we both are on our feet all day at work so at night we adjust the feet up pretty high to help blood flow. Works awesome!”
