“The box spring is fine.
I signed up to have my old mattress removed but when they got to my house they said they couldn't take it because it wasn't in bag. No one told me I had to wrap it. Nowhere did I read I had to do that . Now the old box spring is sitting in my garage and taking up space. I'm not happy about this. Very wrong.”

“I have to admit I was a little confused when I saw the box, and a little apprehensive at assembling them. But the assembly was straight forward and super easy...The best part is I feel these foundations are superior to the old style "box spring" mattresses!”

“The old box springs I had on this full sized bed was squeaky, old, and annoying! I'm having a lot of company these days and wanted to fix the situation. I ordered this foundation, and when I took it out of the box it said assembly would take 2 or more people...I only had myself so I jumped in with both feet! I was able to put it together by myself fairly easily and get the bed put back together! Very happy with it! The bed looks great, feels very sturdy, and NO MORE SQUEAKING!!”

“I wasn't expecting a bed in a box when I purchased this. Some what aggravating putting box spring together. Definitely do not recommend using the directions provided. Seemed to me they made it more difficult than helpful. Once all put together it's quite nice.”

“I'm giving this product 4 stars only because I needed my husband's help to put it together and he need a hammer to put the last corner into place.
But it fits on frame perfectly and when coupled with the 14" beauty rest mattress is luxurious! Love. I will be replacing two more beds with the same.
