If you buy online be aware no one will help you set it up

“I did not even open the box. I needed help since it was incredibly heavy and I am alone 75% of the time. I contacted Ashely. I was told no one could be arranged to help me even if I paid for the delivery team to come help me get it set-up with the new mattress I also purchased from Ashley on the new bed I purchased from Ashley. I decided to give my business to a place willing to help me and set it up.”

“First impression: Very nice
- Compact packaging for bringing home. Didn't need a truck.
- Easy to assemble; Only 8 nuts and hex head screws. Tools included, although I'd suggest a 10mm wrench in place of the stamped metal piece
- I suggest that if assembled on a carpeted floor, placing paper or something under the Velcro tabs located on the bottom - they grip really good!”
