WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

“Horrible experience even I got the PRO PLAN PROTECTION. My bed base doesn’t work , I went to Ashley Furniture and gave me a ph# and copy of instructions none of that help. The plan protection company still doesn’t have a contract # for me so they can’t come to make the base work. I called Ashely in Buford GA and nobody answers in different days of the week to help me. So I feel in a useless circle for help. I got this bed frame on 2/8/25 sales order321306520 and if someone doesn’t help me with this issue I’m going back ASA I can to return this bed frame to the Buford GA store where I got it.”
