“Received the bed with no instructions or hardware to put together. I have reached out multiple times attempting to get the missing items sent and still have not received. Unable to put together or use the bed we desperately need. Ordered in November and it’s now February. Would not recommend Ashley Furniture. Would love to share a picture for the review but it would just be of the bed pieces.”

“It was a little more "low profile" than I expected. My mattress doesn't seem to sit high enough on my bed frame and it makes the headboard look HUGE. If I were to go back I would have bought the regular box frame.”
