Poor customer service and delivery

“It has not arrived. When I reached out to customer service to cancel, before it had even shipped, they refused. I needed it by the 15. Now I had to order from another store. And my credit card still was charged for an item that hasn’t been delivered and that I no longer need…BECAUSE it wasn’t delivered in time.
Makes me very sad because until now, I’ve loved my Ashley furniture.”

“This frame is very loud. It makes a big band as if the whole bed broke each time myself or my husband got to lay on it. Now I will admit I am a thick woman but not that thick. I’ve even tried to gently lay in bed to avoid the breaking sound but nope it still happens. This is our first metal foundation so I don’t know if it’s a defect or if it’s normal but either way I don’t like it. Stay with a wooden foundation or get a bed that doesn’t need a foundation at all.”
