“I was looking for something really soft. This mattress was not soft like it said.Tried for a few weeks. They would not exchange or help me after purchasing. Was stuck with this mattress. Had to spend lots more for a mattress topper for it somewhere else. Customer service was more disappointing then the mattress.”

“This bed is AMAZING. Though, because it came in a box, it was super heavy! Once you open it, it seems kind of flat. Once you remove the plastic it expands to its 12 inches. I am really enjoying the firmness of this bed, I haven’t had back problems since we switched. The extra room (going from a Queen) is a breath of fresh air. I don’t regret this purchase by any means. It was the best money ever spent!”
