I'm a side sleeper, and I have sever sleep apnea. I'm in a king size and i can't even tell my wife is sleeping on it beside me. For the sale price I paid, I am beyond happy. And it came in a box that was set aside until the room was ready, taking up minimal space. Ashely failed to take my old mattress and box spring when they delivered the new set, and failed to follow thru with an alternate pickup, so caveat emptor. I will not let Ashley ruin my review of the product, so still 5 star.”

“Mattress arrived within a few days compressed in a box, but the awkward box still makes it difficult to move alone. Once the plastic was torn off it inflated most of the way within a few hours. The mattress is firmer than what I am used to, but is supportive and still somewhat plush. If you are looking for a super plush mattress this is not it, but if you are looking for something in the medium plush range this will do the trick. The 12" mattress is much thicker than what I am used to and thicker than a standard mattress. It takes some getting used to the height difference in the mattress as it is noticeable if going from a traditional mattress or thinner memory foam. Overall it is a good mattress so far and was a decent price.”

The first couple of nights, it was fairly firm and I was afraid that maybe it was too firm, but it has since softened a bit and feels perfect! I sleep curled up on my side and I used to wake up throughout the night switching from side to side because my shoulder or hip was aching. I have not woken up once because of pain since sleeping on this mattress. I’m so grateful to be sleeping so well! I’d also like to note that the customer service is amazing. UPS LOST my original order and I was afraid that it would take weeks or months to resolve, but Ashley noted the issue and sent a new one in the mail that same day. Was informed by sales person once receive the mattress will be extremely firm( hard) but will settle in after 30 days. The mattress arrived 1/22/19 by delivery and so use to seeing the actual mattress being covered that it arrive in a box. I was like no way this is going to work. The delivery guys remove the mattress from the box and remove plastic and it expended. The mattress sits very high and it is very firm but once a sleep I can fell my body settling in. Still not all the way sold because I'm use to buying pillow tops but excited to see how it goes :)”

“The set up was super easy. It helped that the box was on wheels that it came in because our bedroom was upstairs. I have never bought a mattress in a box before so i was cautiously optimistic. But we put it on the bed, cut through the vacuum seal and the thing blew up like a balloon. Coolest thing ever! Its firm. and very comfortable.”
