“We have 2 of the memory foam mattresses. One is a twin and the other one is queen. They hold our weight and I use the memory foam beds for myself and 2 children, ages 5 and 8 years old to prevent them from jumping on our beds as children do with spring mattresses. They both are comfortable. They did not smell and the queen mattress is 2 years old and still seems new. The picture is what the new twin bed looks like. I used a 7.5 inch foundation for both mattresses. When I switched from spring to memory foam we had no problem sharing the bed and watching movies with all of our weight. A mattress topper could be added for comfort for someone that is not accustomed to memory foam. However, We have not needed one. (Foundation was purchased from another store)”

My idea of memory foam is when you press it leaves an imprint then goes back to form. This mattress does not leave imprint, it is FIRM.”

It serves the purpose but is a little too firm for us - I am surprised it is stated as being "medium" in firmness. I tossed and turned and we woke up a bit stiff in the morning. But, to put it in perspective, we have very high quality mattress at home which has spoiled us. For our intended purpose, it works just fine.”
