I have back problems and neck issues and this is not the mattress I was told it was. Can't afford to buy another mattress so I am stuck with this soft mattress when need a firm mattress. Sales person told me this was better for back issues not the innerspring that I wanted.”

“Mattress came very quickly and opened up to full size in a very short amount of time. I left it out for a couple of days as it does have an odor as some people are saying. I don't believe it was too overpowering but was most definitely strong. The mattress is very firm, after reading other reviews I saw that some said it was and some said it was not bad, so I took a chance. It is definitely a FIRM mattress, it has seemed to be better on my back than my softer coil mattress was though and I have slept fine on it. It is not uncomfortably firm by any means, it is just a solid mattress. I would have preferred just a little bit softer of a mattress, but am overall satisfied with the product. I would recommend this mattress to anyone that sleeps on their backs and likes a firm support. I would definitely buy another chime mattress from Ashley, I would just go with something a bit softer if I had it to do over again.”

“I bought this mattress with the Jorstad bed frame. Very firm mattress but not overly firm to feel like a plank. I read the reviews and bought a full size first, liked it so much and bought a twin for the other room. Comes in a vertical box like a rolled burrito, just take it upstairs and unseal it near the bed. Don't put anything on it for a day and let it fully blow up to its full shape.
