Cool. Well delivery was 15 minutes ago, yea inflating isn't going to make it longer! Our frame is 80 inches, the mattress is 75.... Just waiting to call again cause this is bull.”

“The box it came in was super heavy but there was a label on the box indicating same. Once I screwed my frame together I set the mattress in the direction (coil on bottom) and cut the vacuum sealed bag. It rolled out and even though the box said let it stay for 24-48 hours to expand, I fee mine expanded immediately.. As such, I hopped in bed and felt I was enveloped right from the start. Perfect height for me but in the future I may get a higher one.”

The mattresses at both locations are extremely comfortable. We bought the first mattress because we had a spiral staircase we needed to get a bed up. It's compact size in the box was ideal for our situation. The second mattress we drove to our remote home in the mountains, somewhere I would not ask UPS or FedEx to deliver. Now, seven months in, its so bad that my husband and I both start out on either side fo the bed and by the morning we can both inside the middle. It make it hard to get out of bed. I would suggest not going with this mattress and looking into a mattress and box spring combo.”

I let it air out a few days. The past two nights have been a great sleep but as a reminded I did add a 2" foam topper and an additional 1" foam mattress pad.”

I already owned a 3in memory foam topper which is why I purposely went with the 10" instead of the 12". A back-sleeper might enjoy the firmness though. That's up to you. Getting the box open was difficult, once I found the empty space I used a box cutter for the top portion. The plastic was easy enough to get off and it inflated to 9/10" but feels great. I've been sleeping so well! I originally was going to buy from the Ashley/City Furniture store directly and the set up would have been taken care of for me. It's $100 more but a convenience thing. That's also your choice.”

“This is a very soft mattress, very comfortable. The weight capacity for this matress is 200 pounds. Im around that mark and havent had issues. Its a cheap mattress but pretty damn comfortable for being that. I was scared to buy it online, since reviews said it was for kids and guest rooms etc. Others said you can feel springs. If you sit at edge you kind of can but its not uncomfortable. Just springy. This is a great mattress to have when you are saving up for fancy one, and just need a mattress to sleep on. That said, i bought the queen size and it seems smaller than a queen. More like a double. And the length seems short also. I'm 5'8 and my toes are right at edge of bed. This is not the mattress for tall people. Lastly that box they show in the picture is totally misleading! Its not a small size box the length is queen size length. Its big and better as a two person job to bring in. Very easy to set up though. Just cut the plastic and it inflates. Im happy with the mattress but would not recommend it to those that are tall, very heavy or coupled.”

No need for a foundation or boxspring. The pillow top is soft. I have the queen size which is the medium firm. The mattress itself I feel is actually pretty hard. It seems more firm and isn't as comfortable as I was expecting a hybrid to be. A little disappointed on that almost wondering if I should have gotten the plush instead. I was expecting it to be firm because of the springs but still soft and kinda squishy from the memory foam part. My old mattress was a Firm and it was too hard for me. So sleeping on my side after a while starts to hurt, and I'm a side sleeper. Not sure if there is a break in period for it to soften up but it's been about a week of sleeping on it. I guess that's what u get buying a mattress online.”

I read several reviews about it being as hard as a rock, which I wanted, I love a firm bed. This bed is NOT hard, in fact, I sink into it, which I did not want at all! I was really hoping for a nice firm bed and it’s just not it. I’m disappointed but I don’t know if I want to figure out how to go about a return.”

“The mattress arrived quickly and in great shape. It is easy to open and within 48 hours was fully inflated and ready for sleeping. As all mattresses are subjective, my wife finds it softer than expected, which makes it less than desirable since she had a back operation last July... and we were hopeful that a medium firmness would give her the support she needed, without being stiff. Unfortunately, this is not working for us as hoped. For the price, it's a good buy, if it worked for our situation. Just not great.”

Recently I had taken a nap on a 10" Hybrid mattress in a box (different brand) and was impressed. I saw Ashley's advertisement on this bed and compared the stats and reviews with the bed I had recently taken a nap on and noted Ashley's 10" Hybrid had better workmanship and reviews, so we bought this bed. OH MY GOSH, this bed is firm yet soft from head to toe. If you are a back sleeper, this will feel great! It was an experience opening it up! When it pops up it really POPS up! The queen mattress was 89 pounds so you may want to get a buddy to help you carry it/open it up. It doesn’t matter how strong or built you are, the box is awkward and you will need a buddy! We let ours sit for two hours the slept on it that night. I have slept better than I have in a long time!”

“I love this mattress! I was able to move it by myself (petite lady in her 20's) by pushing it across the floor, but it's pretty heavy- having two people would help. Sleeping on it was great- firm but cushioned! You wouldn't think that this mattress of such high quality was this price. I would also suggest to let the mattress air out for 24 hrs before sleeping on it.”

“We bought this mattress for our 3 year old so we did not want/need anything too expensive. As adults, we have only laid on top for a short period of time and not slept on it, but it seems pretty comfortable. Our 3 year old sleeps great so It is good for him. My only complaint is that you can feel the springs on the sides of the mattress which seems a bit odd but you can't feel them on top (maybe due to the memory foam), so that may speak for the quality/price of the mattress. I would recommend for a child or if you are looking more at price vs quality.”

I bought it thinking id just have what I needed, a bed that wasgood, and new, but not great based on price, and it was a bed in a box. However, I found it to be super comfy, soft, a bit squishy, yet medium firmness. It is fabulous. I bought a platform frame. but my bed is smaller than the frame, even though they are both queen. The frames bars were slatted, not flat, so this changed how the bed lays on it, I had to go get 1/4 in. plywood to put under it, and had it sized to fit in 4 even squares beneath the mattress. its perfect. I am very happy as of right now. so now time will tell how long it lasts up.”

“This mattress was a replacement for a 1300$ mattress This mattress was 180% better than my 1300$ mattress any day of the week. -It is exactly medium it is really not to soft and not too firm. -There was zero chemical smell. Which after reaching beds was a big deal amongst mattress in a box buyers. -It was packed extremely well -It expanded a little short in the length department but it is not short enough for me to really care. -I have had lower back issues since I was a kid...alot of slipping and extreme sports has done quite a number on my back and this makes my back feel perfect. -I am not a memory foam mattress person (at all) so this hybrid is perfect. In short I would have paid a lot more for this mattress- this mattress was worth the price of the 1300$ mattress.”

“We recently found out we had toxic mold growing in the house we were renting. Our son’s room tested positive for mycotoxins, and since he had been so sick for several months before we found out about the mold, we decided to get rid of all our furniture that was soft or porous, including our mattresses. Since we have so much to replace, we’ve had to do little bits at a time. I found this mattress which had good reviews and was a better price than a lot of other mattresses in a box. The springs are very prominent on the sides, but you can’t feel them when you’re laying on it so that doesn’t seem to matter. It’s not as supportive as I would’ve hoped for, but my son who only weighs 60 lbs thinks it’s super comfy. Shipping was fast and the price was great for a queen size mattress. Overall, he likes it and has slept great since we got it, so I’d have to say we’re happy with our purchase.”

“It didn't reach 10 inches after waiting 48 hours like the box said. It got to 8 inches. Overall, it's really comfortable and has the firm & a little softness that I wanted. It replaced a 10-yr old mattress that started to give me pain from a dip in the center. I would buy it again. The box was so heavy so I would suggest two people to move it in place.”
