“The mattress has good feel, is good quality but definitely short on dimensions. The marketed size was Width: 53.15" Height: 10.00" Depth: 74.41" But found to be Width: 53.15" Height: 9.00" Depth: 72.00" The 1 inch less expansion can be tolerated as it feels soft but the over 2.4 inches short on length is an issue as it doesn’t fit well in the frame. It made mw think that better is to buy already displayed versions! I would recommend if the dimensions are correct.”

“I just received my mattress. The ordering process was easy. The price was affordable, and I received it only 1 day passed my expected delivery date. There negative things are: The mattress is very lumpy/wavy. The 1st mattress that I ordered from them didn't look like this. The mattress makes a crumpling/crunchy sound, like something is broken underneath. It's everywhere. Again, my 1st mattress didn't do this. And lastly, it's 8 1/2" maybe 8 3/4" at best. I hope it actually gets to 10", because with the lumps & crumpling, I'm afraid my daughter will have very unpleasant sleep. She moves back home, in 6 days. I don't have enough time to order a new one, & have it ready. If things don't improve, in a couple of days, I guess I can buy a topper, & hope for the best!”

I'm only 5'5, and I can only just fit on the bed without my feet hanging off. My husband is 5'10 and his feet hang off. There is no way this is actually a full size bed. “I bought this in a full size for my toddler. I've slept on it myself and it's very comfy. We didn't use a box spring, either. Not too hard, not too soft. It works for us. Simply remote it from the box, cut open the plastic seal and viola! Your mattress is ready for use. It does take about 12-24 hour for it to completely form. I only remoted one star because it's not as long as I expected and doesn't fully fit my bed because the footboard is about 2' off from the length of the mattress. But, otherwise I have no issues.”

“This was my first "bed in a box" purchase so I was not exactly sure what I would be getting. I guess I was thinking a tiny box would arrive and, when you opened it a giant mattress would pop out. Ok I was off a bit. My mattress arrived (I got a base for it too) and I opened it and rolled the mattress out so I could cut the plastic cover off. It came off real easy and, by the time I made it back from throwing the plastic out there was a big beautiful mattress. It still needed some time before I could sleep on it so sofacity one more night. When I got home the next night I put the base together and, introduced the mattress to it's new home. Now on to the good stuff- 1 I prefer a more firm type of mattress. This one was right on. 2 The size that I bought was a full. It was a perfect size. 3 easy to set everything up. 4 the price was right. 5 I get a very good night's sleep now. I wake well rested and no aches or pains. ( If I sleep on the wrong mattress my lower back lets me know about it, big time) oh I have had mine for about 2 weeks now. I would say it's definatly worth a try. Good luck in your quest.”

“Good: Came a day late but still very fast. Wrapped well. Expanded to size quick. Minimal Odor. No negative condition concerns upon receiving. Priced nicely. Seems built well and comfy. Not so good: It is only 73". Standard Full is usually 75" and I think it was advertised as 75" but to be fair I need to double check the speciifcations. My platform frame is 74 1/2" The bed does not fit it well and I think my feet would be hanging over the end a lot at my average not very tall 5'10" height. I realize taller folks needs a longer bed but I expect a bed to be closer to normal size. It is a guest bed so accepting as is but beware of the size. A little can mean a lot. Sold as medium but it is FIRM in my opinion. I like Firm as well as medium so ok with it. It is very firm. Maybe a little usage it will develop a bit more "give". Not a bad bed. Just a few heads up based on what I received. I am happy it seems to have quality so far and for the sales price it is OK.”

I opened the slender, yet hefty-weighing box and unrolled the air sealed mat. I heard a whistle and as soon as I poked a sizable hole in the wrap, the mattress burst into existence. I wish I could do this 1,000 times because it was fun. Poof! I've slept on it for about a week. It's bouncy, so it's a proper mattress. If you prefer stiff coil-less mattresses, something is seriously wrong with you. I don't feel the coils at all because of the pillowed outer layer. For once, I feel like I beat the system...thanks to this mattress. POOF! Goodnight.”

“The lining of the mattress has a zipper underneath which keeps its all together , however the zipper seems to have mysteriously unzipped itself and has spread all the way around leaving the entire inside of my daughter’s mattress exposed. Unfortunately there is no way to zip it back together, it not like a regular zipper that you see on a jacket or pair of jeans. It just keeps spreading worse and worse, it’s not like I can box it back up and return it. Not only does the mattress have a defect , the shipping was terrible. I tried tracking my items a week after placing an order, then was prompted to call customer service. Customer service told me there was no order found then a day later sent me an email letting me know that it was finally found. It took 3 weeks to receive my order. I spent just about $500 on these mattresses all together, clearly my money isn’t valued here. My experience from beginning to end was awful !”

“First I have sent these same photos and a review twice before. They do not seem to be received or read. I DO like the mattress. The size and most importantly the weight is exactly was I needed to accommodate my new Murphy bed. The only problem is the mattress was slightly soiled with what appears to be oil - I was not able to wipe it off with a damp cloth; also each of those soiled areas are thread bare...will likely become a larger hole over time. Because I feel my problem is an isolated circumstance I will recommend - -but I am not pleased and there is no way I can roll it back up to return. I am hopeful should I order another Ashley mattress for a 2nd Murphy Bed I plan to create, I could receive some sort of discount to compensate for this less than perfect mattress condition.”
