“Decent for the first few months, not enough data to say beyond that. Works well for one of us, but need a different pillow for the other because of upper back/neck pain. Works well for side or back sleeping. No shoulder pain. Overall would recommend. Box is really heavy and they left the package far from our front door so that was difficult. Off gassing not bad”

Snow Mattress is Cool, literally.

“I've only slept on the Snow Mattress four times, but I noticed a huge difference in how my body feels when I wake up. Prior to sleeping on the Snow Mattress, I would be hot, and I would wake up sore from sleeping on my side. Now when I try and sleep on my side, I'm not hot anymore and I wake up feeling much better, no pain at all. My wife likes it a lot too. She too sleeps hot, but not with the Snow Mattress.

“We have the Snow mattress with the adjustable frame. The mattress is firm but soft enough to hug you where you need to be hugged. The cooling technology is great in keeping us cool throughout the night. The adjustable frame is the best - we can use the Zero Gravity selection and relax while watching TV or reading and then we use the vibrating selections to really get relaxed before we fall asleep. There are so many settings for our feet and head that it is so easy to find the best position and it seems to be different each night for us although we use the memory button to save our best setup. All in all it was a great investment for us”

“The mattress arrived in a well packaged box and was easy to unfurl. It took a few hours for the mattress to fully decompress which was consistent with the instructions. The snow mattress is everything that is advertised. You feel the cooling effect and it maintains all the support and comfort we have come to expect from a Casper mattress.

However, they charged my credit card knowing (according to their customer service) that they were very backlogged. When Casper finally shipped the mattress, 5 days after I ordered, it got lost with UPS. All Casper support did was email UPS and blindly accept UPS's story that they had the mattress. However, it still took UPS 2 days to deliver it from their location which was 30 minutes from my house.
The Casper people seemed very reluctant to get involved other than giving me the same, misleading information that was on their website. They seem to have very disfunctional internal communications.”

“The mattress is a few inches shorter than it should be. We were really disappointed, as it is otherwise very comfortable. We also love our adjustable bedframe. But, fitted sheets fall off throughout the night because of the shorter length. Since we are in the process of moving we have avoided returning the bed, since that feels like such a hassle. Customer service gave us all of these complicated instructions on how to measure, and we are still debating this. It turned out the 100 percent satisfaction no questions asked policy is not accurate. I would never buy from casper again. Sadly. . because the mattress and bedframe are otherwise wonderful. I just wish the length was as advertised and was a standard queen mattress size!”

They were at my house for over an hour. They tried setting it up numerous ways and finally settled on this one way, however, I’m not sure it’s been setup the right way. It’s seems to work, but not sure about it, because there are leftover parts. If Casper contracts out with a delivery company, like RXO, then they need to follow up with the company to make sure the delivery staff is trained. They loaded the truck, not knowing what exactly they were loading. When they showed up, they were like oh, this is one of those adjustable bases. Hmmm…🤷🏻♀️”

Our new Casper popped right out of the box inflated and had no smell at all. We slept on it the first night and it was a full night of sleep that was not possible on our Sleep Number. The mattress does not move when you move. It is stable and does not bother the other sleeper in the bed. It has a firmness that supports while soft enough to feel indulgent. We struggled for too long on the Sleep Number. So happy we decided to surrender to the struggle and get the Casper. Better sleep is possible with the right mattress and this one is the one for us.”

Adding in Cozy Earth bamboo sheets and a light quilt, I have not had any temperature issues. My only issue is that the mattress is somewhat firmer than my old one & I’m still getting used to it. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this mattress.”

Being a fairly major purchase, I’d put off my home mattress because I wanted to “get it right.” I took the time to research with the intent of picking the best. Snow is it - outstanding improvement in sleep efficiency, latency, duration, and regularity as measured by my smart ring. The improvement has been consistent over several months now. It also helped eliminate a persistent neck pain that I was exacerbating via unhelpful sleep postures my prior mattress. Very pleased with the return on this investment!”

We fell in love with Casper mattress at a Condo we were renting for a weekend getaway where they had one in the master suite. We absolutely love the Snow mattress. “My last two visits to my doctor, she told me to get a new mattress when I complained about lower back pain and feeling creaky in the morning (I am 77). It took me 6 months to follow her advice, and one visit to The Casper Store after an annoying visit to a mattress store, where they were seriously into selling me a whole bed system with a remote control and much higher price. I just wanted a really comfortable new mattress.
My doctor was right - and the Casper Snow is right for me. I’ve had it for some weeks now, and I feel like a new person when I get up each morning now, and I am very happy about the way it feels to sleep on, too. I got the one that fits my existing sheets, so not having to get new ones was a bonus.

“I want to start off by saying this mattress is so comfortable. It’s very cushiony and soft which I like, but if you need something firmer this one isn’t it. I had a cheap knock off memory foam mattress for a few years at my college apartment and I can already tell this Casper mattress is so much better quality wise. The cooling gel feels nice. I was a bit worried that it would be too much because I get cold at night in the winter but I’ve enjoyed sleeping on it and it doesn’t trap heat under my million blankets. It feels really nice and cool getting into bed at night.
It came in a relatively small box which was convenient but it was very heavy. Once out of the box though, it was really easy to work with. It expanded super fast and I was able to sleep on it a few hours after opening. If you’ve never had a memory foam mattress it may take a little getting used to. Overall this is probably the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever owned. I had a great first few nights sleep”

“This is our first bed in a box, and so far we love it. It really did take a few days for the bed to fully inflate and firm up - so keep that in mind when you first remove it from the packaging. We didn’t have any major off-gassing, which was nice and it took about 3 days to feel the full firmness of the bed. Out preference is firm core but soft top so your pressure points don’t go numb. I’m a long-time side sleeper and I find this bed to be very comfortable and supportive in the right places. I also tend to be a hot sleeper and this bed does not feel warmer than our traditional pocket coil bed that we just replaced. We’ve now experienced it with very cold weather and also moderate spring weather and there is little noticeable difference with firmness. We have not yet tested it in hot weather, since that has yet to arrive. One other thing I love about it is the thickness of the mattress works with most fitted sheets - no added cost for sheets there way there would be with fancy, super thick mattresses. All-in-all a solid mattress out of the box. Hoping it’ll hold up for 10 years like any decent mattress should.

This mattress is so comfortable for just a quarter of the price of my previous one. It came in a box, and was super easy to unpack if you follow the simple instructions. I was able to do it by myself because I didn't want to wait for my boyfriend lol. It's firm yet soft, it's cool sleep, and you can't feel the other person's movement which is great! The quality was great...very soft fibers in the fabric. I was experiencing lower back pain, but after literally my first night sleeping on it, it felt so much better and the next day I was gone. It's comfortable for back and side sleepers. I'm definitely a happy sleeper!”

Disappointed but Settling

“I'm overweight (about 20 lbs) and a side sleeper, so I often have lower back pain. I've been on the hunt for a mattress that is firm enough to support me and soft enough to hug my curves. I thought I found it, but after months of sleeping on this mattress, ans allowing it time to break in, I still have back pain. I still toss and turn. I still wake up multiple times a night.”
