Deceptive explanation - Firm to Extra Firm and NOT medium Firm

“Do not buy this bed unless you like firm to extra firm. It is absolutely not a medium firm bed. It arrived two days ago. I slept on it last night and it was killing my back because I have back issues and there is no given it whatsoever even though it’s been less than 72 hours and I contacted customer service I now have to wait 3 to 5 business days for them to open a case And then I’ll figure out if they’re actually going to return or exchange it which they’re supposed to do. So not very happy with their products nor their customer service at the moment. But most important for you to know is that it is a firm extra firm mattress and not medium firm.”

“I am writing this review in regards to the mattress pad I purchased for this mattress. I have not received any response. I spoke to customer service where I felt very dismissed. I purchased a king size protector and they shipped me a king size protector. They said they submitted a ticket and would receive some type of email. This was last Monday I am still waiting. I thought buying from Ashley’s furniture would be a great experience. But it hasn’t been.”
