“Very satisfied with our Hybrid split head king. I like the hybrid spring/foam construction because it's comfortable but durable. Also Bedgear was one of the few providers of hybrid split head kings, other companies only have air mattresses in this configuration, and I didn't want an air mattress or all foam mattress. The medium firm is perfect for me, comfortable and supporting but not too hard. I was surprised when a king size mattress arrived in a relatively small box, but once the wrappings and vacuum seal is removed, it expanded perfectly.”

The perfect mattress gets an upgrade!

“"Wow" it's not a strong enough adjective to describe my experience with bedgear. Early in 2020, I was in the market for a new mattress. I had seen bedgear advertised by elite runners & running content creators. I had never purchased a mattress online and was a bit nervous about it, but it turned out to be the best decision I've ever made. I bought a full-size M1X plush mattress and M1X pillow. Fast-forward a few years later, I bought a home and a queen size bedframe for my first ever master bedroom. My M1X was so loved by everyone who's slept on it, it has a forever home in a family guestroom. I went to a local large chain mattress store and purchased a mattress and pillow that they recommended. Truthfully, I have never slept well on that mattress. Over the past 18 months I've had some medical issues that have limited my sleep even further. I still had my M1X pillow in the closet and as an experiment pulled that out one night and immediately got more restful sleep. I knew regardless of my relatively new mattress and how much money I had spent. It was time to go back to bedgear.
I sent an email to the wow team with my story, asking if they still made the M1X as I didn't see it on their website or what a comparable mattress might be. I'm not even sure if 30 minutes had passed before I had a response email around 7:30 in the morning from bedgear's CEO, Eugene. Not only was he incredibly kind and compassionate about my medical journey, I truly felt like he cared about every word I wrote. He set up a call for one of the bedgear team members to speak with me that afternoon to help make a recommendation on a new mattress. To say this team went above and beyond to ensure that I picked the perfect replacement - and after a few nights of sleep, might I even say an upgrade, that I didn't think was possible.
My bedgear order arrived in lightning speed, which included a handwritten and signed card from the bedgear team with personal notes that brought me to tears. This kind of customer service is so hard to come by today. It reminds me why I always try to shop locally or with small businesses that stand behind their products, clients, and their team members.
My order consisted of the storm cuddle curve pillow, the H6 mattress, and the dri-tech sheets. I'm an avid ultra/trail runner, and have experienced some temperature regulation issues during my medical journey. At no time have I felt cold sleeping with this set up, but I have yet to wake up sweating or uncomfortable. I'm not sure what kind of magic is wrapped into this mattress and sheets, but I can assure you it IS magic.
Thank you again to everybody on the bedgear team. Not only Eugene, who was a breath of fresh air in a world of automation & market share, that he still cares just as much about the front lines of his business all these years later. This is a true leader so few people get to experience working with. Also a very special shout out to Robert and Angela who spent quite a bit of time with me on the phone & working together to ensure I picked the right mattress for the perfect night sleep. They made the process so incredibly easy. Thank you all, and I look forward to doing business with bedgear in years to come.”
