“When we first received our mattress I thought boy I’m not going to be able to sleep tonight.
It felt way too firm. My husband loved it from the get go.
Around 2 weeks in and I’m really enjoying it now. Really good nights sleep and wake up feeling refreshed.
If you think it’s too firm don’t give up on it and give it time . It will adjust to your body and then you will be very happy you purchased it!

At first, it felt a bit firmer than I expected, but after a few nights, it softened and adjusted to my body. I also noticed that it isolates motion really well, so I’m not disturbed when my partner moves during the night. Overall, it’s been one of the best investments I’ve made for my sleep quality.

I don’t like rock-hard mattresses, and this was the perfect medium. This mattress is firm but it’s soft enough to allow your body to sink in. It’s true about also not waking up your partner when you move or get up! Would recommend and it’s very easy to fall asleep on!”

Using the tempurpedic, I wake up without pain. The adjustable base is also a great option. So far I’ve found that I no longer wake up throughout the night tossing and turning. This bed is great for pressure points relief. Worth the money! I would absolutely buy again and recommend to anyone! 😴”

“Are you looking for sleeping comfort--I mean, REAL COMFORT? Side or back sleeper, your body will thank you with tempurpedic's hybrid mattress. I was pleasantly surprised at how restful sleeping on it is! For me, the ergo power frame is an affectation i could have done without. Well constructed, your remote controls either (or both) the rise and fall of the head or foot areas of mattress, holding it securely. And the frame does so much more in terms of massage. Treat yourself to pure sleep joy and spend some dollars on the tempurpedic products.”

“I was sleeping on a purple mattress, than my back and neck hurt so bad after a year sleeping on it. I had a Tempur-Pedic years ago and it was the best. So i decided to get another one so i have been sleeping on it for about a mnt now no neck pain or back pain at all I got the tempur-pedic cloud mattress, hybrid and this is by far the best mattress I have slept on. I will always by Tempur-Pedic from now on. It cost more but it’s worth it to keep my body from being in pain. I swear by it. ”

“We replaced our older Tempur-Pedic California King with the hybrid newer version. It was a great upgrade. Especially since we are seniors, and tend to have arthritis and occasional pains. It takes the pressure points out of the equation. Having sold Tempur-Pedic many years ago, I knew I would be buying another one. There was a problem, and Customer Service made it right. That is why dealing with a good reputable company, who stands behind their products, is much more valuable than save a few dollars. You will be glad for years, that you bought quality.

It's very heavy, so getting it onto the bed frame by myself was a real chore, but o managed. Once I carefully cut open the plastic wrapping, it quickly unfolded/unrolled itself and plumped right up. It is a few inches thinner than our previous mattress but that just makes it easier to put those fitted sheets on. From the first night, we both slept better, and really appreciate no lump in the center of the mattress. ”

It smelled horrible like chemicals for a few days so I let it sit out and had to open all windows and turn heat down. I was Leary of getting another memory foam type mattress again, but read good reviews on the Tempur-Pedic Cloud. I also thought the hybrid would be good because it also contained coils as well. So far it’s been better than my former mattress. I’ve only had it a few weeks, so I’m giving myself time to adjust to it. So far it does conform to my body and keeps its shape and I don’t sink in a deep trench like space. I haven’t rated it five stars yet because I’m still getting used to it. It may take a while with the issues with my back. It is really not a direct problem with the mattress. I’m sure it would be absolutely perfect if my back problems weren’t affecting my sleep in general. Customer service was top notch and answered all my questions. I also appreciate that I could use this on my existing adjustable base!”

“We fall asleep faster and for longer. Our back pain has disappeared after a month and a half of using it. We look forward to bed now! We have an adjustable base but really only use the vibration and under bed lighting.
The only thing we don't like about it is changing the sheets is more difficult because it's so heavy. ”

“This bed in a bag is way more affordable than the other Tempur-pedic beds. Since I didn’t need my old bed, hauled away because I was using it for another room, this is perfect. Unless you have really strong muscles, it definitely takes two people to haul up the stairs, but setting it up myself is way worth the price. If I had a one story, I could do it by myself. I’m so happy I was able to get a great brand at an affordable price! I would definitely recommend getting this bed because I trust the brand and it fits in my price range.”

“Next time I will do the upgrade mattress with white glove delivery as this mattress comes rolled up in plastic and is nearly impossible to unpack. The off gas smell is really bad. I previously had a cloud and it was more comfortable. This one has less motion control and pressure points at hip and shoulder not as good.”

“My previous mattress, which was only 3 years old, suddenly became unbearably uncomfortable. I was in so much pain that I couldn't sleep on it, but didn't have many other options. I suffer from chronic pain anyway, and didn't know what to buy instead.
I asked a friend who also suffers from chronic pain and she told me that this was the mattress she uses (the hybrid), so I gave it a shot.
It took a few weeks to adjust to it and break it in, but now I'm super happy with it! I've been waking up in the night much less because I don't have to change positions so often, and I've been waking up each morning in significantly less pain.
Everyone's body is different, but this worked really, really well for me. I hope it lasts!”

Having to toss another mattress out (sides were too soft and it was impossible to sit on it and put on socks because you slide off, for example), This mattress has me thinking about replacing the mattress in our other house with the same when it is time. We are in a queen here, which seems small for us but neither of us can feel the other person when we toss and turn at night or get up early. Firmness is perfect, but Tempurpedic would have taken returns, so I was confident that if this didnt work out, we could find a different solution. Luckily, we can stop here, Perfection achieved!”

“Have only had this mattress for a week but we switched from a Tempur King foundations bed to a Split King Tempur-Ergo Extend Smart Base last year. The Tempur mattress we bought 12 years ago was used on Smart Base for the last 16 months and then we decided to buy the TEMPUR-Cloud® + Hybrid so that we could use the benefit of the individual adjustable features of the Smart Base. Don’t remember the name of the 12 years old Tempur-pedic mattress but it’s almost like new and are giving it to our granddaughter who will probably get married next year. Loving this one also so far! Molds to our own body and returns to the original shape after we get out of bed. Came delivered from the factory in a vacuum bag rolled up that expands after you unroll it and break the seal on the vacuum bag. Love it!”

While the tempur-pedic hybrid mattress took about 2 weeks to adapt to, I sleep so soundly without tossing and turning. It is supportive of my back when I lay supine but also I can sleep an entire night on one side and it doesn’t hurt either hip.

If there was an easy way to return without the $175 shipping fee, I would, but it doesn’t seem worth the trouble at this point. I mean there was no “white glove” service as this was in a bag so I don’t know how that would work and frankly, I don’t have energy. I will say , however that I know this a quality product and in the long run, I will benefit from training myself to be more of a back sleeper. I like how even it is as you move around as opposed to traditional spring mattresses. ”

“I've always been skeptical of foam mattresses. I thought they were too flimsy to be "real" beds (and would likely wear out very quickly). But I needed something portable for a big move, and after reading reviews online, I decided to give the Tempur-Cloud a shot.
It's similar to the high-quality foam in Tempur-Pedic pillows, but firmer. It conforms to my body without sinking, so I don't wake up with any aches or pains. I'm sleeping deeply and waking up feeling rested. I couldn't be happier.
While the mattress-in-a-bag was convenient for a long move, it was VERY heavy, so I still recommend having it delivered directly to wherever you're going to set it up. That said, set up is a breeze. You just unwrap it (it's seriously vacuum sealed) and unroll it. It inflates in minutes, and it's ready to sleep on almost immediately.
I would recommend this mattress to anyone who is interested in a foam mattress but needs more support and longevity than the typical bed-in-a-box. I hope to keep using this for many, many years.”

“We replaced a Tempur-pedic memory foam mattress with this hybrid. We loved our previous mattress, but it was almost 20 years old, and it was time to give it up. The Tempur-pedic mattress is a high quality product. It works well for us (one a side sleeper, and one a back sleeper). It is nice to have the limited motion so that we don't feel the other one moving around. The hybrid with the coils feels more supportive already. Although I tend to be warm, I don't feel overly hot with the memory foam as some people have complained. There is a perfect balance of support and softness. I just don't think you can do any better than the Tempur-pedic product.”

“Purchased this to go on hospital bed after husband's second surgery. The stock mattress that came with the hospital bed was really uncomfortable, even with a layer of foam on it. He did not like using that bed and slept in his recliner. He is so comfortable since I got the tempurpedic mattress for the hospital bed. He never complains about being in bed and is able to rest peacefully in bed now. After he passes, I plan to get a daybed frame and put it in a room downstairs for my own random use. Last year I purchased a queen size top of the line tempurpedic for the master bedroom. I have not had a night of back pain since. The zero percent financing on both is a no brainer.”

It's very heavy, so getting it onto the bed frame by myself was a real chore, but o managed. Once I carefully cut open the plastic wrapping, it quickly unfolded/unrolled itself and plumped right up. It is a few inches thinner than our previous mattress but that just makes it easier to put those fitted sheets on. Recently there was a discount on a mattress and I needed a replacement. I purchased the Temper-Pedic knowing I could return it if I didn't like it. Well, I don't like it, I love it. I have never slept consistently better in my life. It is cooler than my previous mattress, more comfortable than my previous mattress and when I go to bed I simply am amazed how supportive and satisfied I am. I do not toss and turn as much nor do I awaken because I have become uncomfortable.

I got this mattress on sale, as I wanted to make sure that I really felt comfortable and a Tempur-pedic before committing to a pricier one a few years down the line. I typically like a firmer sleep mattress, this mattress is comfortable, has the memory foam aspect to it, and a soft, yet mostly firm (especially to memory foams like Nectar - waaaaay too soft). Only thing I’d say is to be ready to let it air out for the new mattress smell for about a week. I’m loving this mattress and so is my dog!”

“My old mattress was contributing to a lot of upper back/neck pain and migraines, and I would wake up in pain a lot. That hasn’t happened once since getting this mattress. The hybrid upgrade was definitely worth it. I love that the mattress has some bounce to it. It also doesn’t deform much, even when my 75 pound dog is standing/laying near the edge. It does not transfer movement, I can toss and turn a lot without disturbing my bedmates (a dog and three cats).
Some notes: I am a side-sleeper, and I have a slight build (125 pounds). ”

“I was curious about the claim of being able to lay on the very edge of the mattress, so I tried that (laying on my side) even before I put sheets on the bed. The next thing I knew, it was 8 hours later, I hadn't moved an inch, and I felt more rested than I had in years. I have always moved around a lot while sleeping, waking myself up most of the time. That does still happen occasionally, but now I fall right back to sleep, and I always feel rested in the morning. It does get a little warmer under the sheets than I would like, but the comfort and quality of sleep more than make up for that.”

“I’m getting used to this mattress. I previously had a simple memory foam mattress that didn’t cost very much. It quickly became uncomfortable and my degenerative disc disease in my back was progressing. I was Leary of getting another memory foam type mattress again, but read good reviews on the Tempur-Pedic Cloud. I also thought the hybrid would be good because it also contained coils as well. So far it’s been better than my former mattress. I’ve only had it a few weeks, so I’m giving myself time to adjust to it. So far it does conform to my body and keeps its shape and I don’t sink in a deep trench like space. I haven’t rated it five stars yet because I’m still getting used to it. It may take a while with the issues with my back. It is really not a direct problem with the mattress. I’m sure it would be absolutely perfect if my back problems weren’t affecting my sleep in general. Customer service was top notch and answered all my questions. I also appreciate that I could use this on my existing adjustable base! ”

The only downside to this bed is it seems to really retain heat making me get hot sometimes but if I just get a cooling mattress sheet I feel like that problem would be fixed.
