Mattress cracked in several places and exposed the coils

“We purchased this mattress in November of 2023. Less than two years after purchase the mattress has several cracks that exposes the coils. I have never had a mattress that lasted this short amount of time. I had another Tempur-Pedic prior to this one that lasted 10 years. Very disappointed and will take my business elsewhere.”

“We had the opportunity to sleep on a Tempur-pedic cloud at our daughter’s house and were so impressed with the feel and comfort. While we were there took advantage of the sale on the website to purchase one. We have not been disappointed. Our sleep patterns on our Apple watches indicate so much better sleep rhythms. We had a Tempur-pedic classic years ago that always seemed a bit firm, even after walking around on it for miles! We would highly recommend the Cloud for immediate cushioning yet firmness where needed.”

“I originally bought this bed willing to make the investment for my lower back needs, a year later this bed has sunk in so bad from every side I’ve rotated the bed ALOT of times how bad it sunk, I’m a female 160 lbs I have lower back problems along with sciatic nerve pain and every single morning I wake up with more pain. I read the hassle it is to get the warranty to replace the mattress. I’m very disappointed I spend so much on a bed that went south in a year. Now I have to start looking for a new mattress only this time I’m going to keep in mind expensive is not always better. I DO NOT RECOMMEND WHAT SO EVER! Don’t be like me that was so excited for a temperpedic bed just to turn out to be the crappiest mattress ever laid on.”

“My wife and I have had this bed about two months and we can not believe the change in our sleep. We look forward to going to bed now. The mattress alone is very supportive and comfortable. No sagging or body divots anymore. Once you add the Smart Base, it takes it to another level.
The base allows adjustments, not only to the head and foot areas, but also lumbar support adjustments. It also has multiple massage settings to help you relax along with an automatic snore detector that raises your head just enough to stop your snoring but not wake you or make you uncomfortable. And if this was not enough, you can connect you phone, Alexa, or Google and get reports of how you slept. With the "Sleeptracker" app you can even control the base adjustments and massage settings.
