“This is an update to my previous positive review. After a month or so of regular use, the pillow goes completely flat in the middle of the night. I wake up multiple times throughout the night to fluff the pillow, and am waking up with a sore neck. Definitely not worth the high price tag. I’m not sure what justifies it being so expensive considering the quality of the product. I received a Balance 2.0 as a gift last year, but after that one started going flat I decided to invest in a Cosmo hoping the higher price meant I’d be getting a better product. Well apparently it doesn’t matter which price point you go for, the pillows will go flat and not provide neck support. I’d suggest investing in a normal pillow, or one of bedgear’s others that are more affordable so when it goes flat you’re not out $$$$.”

I’ve tried so many other pillows from well-known brands that claim to be the solution to adequate support and prevention of neck pain. I was hesitant about spending this amount of money on yet another pillow that might not work, but I was desperate. Relieved and elated to say it’s my pillow! I took the fit quiz — there were two variations of the size person you are/what size shirt your wear. Answer that with your shirt size. I’m a petit person, so I would intuitively say I’m a small, but I normally wear medium shirts and that’s the size I chose for the quiz. Depending on the size I selected, I was either recommended a size 1 or 2 pillow. Ultimately I decided it was referring more to space between your outside shoulder and inner neck for a pillow height estimate, which is why I went with the medium and got the “taller” pillow. It’s perfect.”

“I am a side/stomach sleeper and always have problems with my neck on standard pillows. this one is amazing. It has a soft side that has the almost the comfort of a down pillow, with the other side firm so you have neck support but it doesn't feel like a foam brick. I am able to shift positions comfortably, unlike before where I had to wake to readjust the pillows. I can't give 5 stars since it's only been 2 days, but so far, the price was so worth it. No bad smell either like you can get with foam pillows.”

Then the pillow starts to become more lumpy. Not worth it! I always kept my pillows in a pillow case and they still messed up! To make it worse, I bought two pillows and they both started to fall apart!”

“I loved this pillow for the 9-10 months the fill held up. It began compressing, and no amount of "re-fluffing" would return the pillow to its original height, so the spinal alignment and pressure relief that I purchased the pillow for was gone. I asked Bedgear for a warranty replacement, but was told compression was not covered and that I should expect to replace these pillows every 12-18 months. What a joke.”
