“The location for Mattress Warehouse is at Town Square, Roanoke, VA. Julia was the MOD and she is such a genuine, attentive, knowledgeable, and probably one of the most professional store managers I have encountered in the Roanoke area for quite some time. She had the best bedding setup for me in a solid 20 minutes and I was there rambling for almost 1 hour. I'm surprised she didn't throw me out. Lolol. Also, for $0.65 you can plant a tree. I bought 40 to be planted. Last year, this company planted over 100,000 trees!! My set-up is to be delivered Friday, January 10. Super excited as I have been on the floor since March. Julia is truly and amazing and kind lady. I will recommend her always! Not to mention, the deals that come with the purchase as well. Do stop in and tell her Kimberley sent you! “I have purchased one of these for each bed and have extra in case it needs to be changed quickly.
It does what it says and keeps the mattress clean and dry. Just note that it any bed protector needs to be washed in a front loader washer only. And it will come out wet but just set your dryer longer if you need to. Comes out like new.”

You shipped this item even though I told you I wanted it all together and I told you I wanted it all by 04/30. The website made me believe that would happen but it did not. Your communication is horrible. AI is not there yet and you should not rely on it. This has been a horrible experience.”
