“I wish I could give zero stars! We bought these to cover the beds of our young daughters as we wanted to protect their new mattress and kids can have accidents or spill stuff on them. Well our daughter had an accident and it did nothing to protect the mattress. After the 2nd accident, I called and started a claim with the manufacturing company. What a joke. It was denied because I gave it a second chance (I mean what else could I do so my child could sleep in their bed) and I filed the claim too far out (less than a week from the 2nd time it happened) and there was no stain. Well now my child's mattress is ruined and smells like urine. We thought we were getting a quality product from the store and I think they did too. The sales people are trying to help but the manufacturer is not wanting to respond. I would save your money and get a cheaper one literally anywhere else.”

“The mattress protector was recommended by our city furniture consultant and we are very happy with the choice. It is on the more pricier side but the most important feature for us is that as promised it makes no noise when moving in bed.”
