Horrible mattress

“Horrible!! Do not get this bed!! It is very uncomfortable and will make your back and feel like your organs hurt every morning!! I bought two because they felt comfortable at the store but when I got them it’s was not the same .. I wanted to return and unopened one to buy a better quality and when I called they
told me no. I was a loyal customer for a long time but will take my money somewhere else!”

“The one star is for the horrible purchase experience. First mattress showed up damaged--likely due to vacuum sealing process. Entire edge was collapsed and hard. Ashley replaced the mattress but told us we needed to donate this and email a copy of the donation receipt. There is no charity that will accept such a critically damaged item. The cost to dispose of this damaged mattress will be $100 + tax. Ashley said they cannot pick up this damaged item and will not pay for the disposal. I called three different times to customer service to ask for some sort of reimbursement, and they only said they would give me a promotion code for money off to buy something else. BTW, the reason I purchased from Ashley in the first place was there as a "promo code" for $50 off when I visited the site. But it did not cover this particular item--of course.”
