Doesn’t lie flat

“I bought this for my granddaughter’s bed. It came well packaged and vacuumed sealed. On Feb 9, I followed instructions on getting the mattress out and laid it on a flat surface, floor, to return to its 8 inches. After 3 days, the short ends of the mattress were still curled. I flipped it over hoping that would help flatten it. The next day I turned it back and it is still 1 1/2 inches off the floor. I called Ashley on Feb 13 and was told to wait 7-10 days for it to come to its full size. I have a few more days to wait. I don’t know about comfort level—haven’t used it!”
