“I allowed more then 48 hours before laying down. The mattress never reached 12 inches. The highest it got was 10.5 inches. It more in the firm size. Hoping with time it will get more to the medium. Overall if I could return it I would.”

“I bought the 12 Inch Pocketed Hybrid Queen Mattress for my daughter. She was moving and the box was very easy to move. I was skeptical because I wasn’t expecting it to be shipped in a box because it has springs. When we unpacked it, it was shrink wrapped in plastic- it was flat and rolled up. Once we removed the plastic, it made a swooshing sound as it filled with air. Ten minutes later we were trying it out. Amazing!
Over the past week, my daughter has reported that it is the most comfortable mattress she has ever slept on and that she is “sleeping like a baby”!
Hopefully we won’t have any issues- if so, we’ll let you know:)”

“We have had 12inch medium hybrid queen mattress for a year and a half the first year great comfortable curves with your body. The last six months I have been waking up with severe headaches Between my shoulders to my neck, I have changed pillows after pillows firm to soft to extra firm to one of the pillows that aligns your neck back up thinking that was the problem.The mattress is supposed to be set up where both partners don’t feel each other moving around. Further, the majority of my sleep through throughout the week, I sleep by myself. I’m thinking that I’m sinking into the mattress no support when I’m by myself. I’ve tried everything sleeping from corner to corner In the middle, nothing works. So ready for a new Mattress. Would recommend if it just couples sleeping together majority of the week but a single person I don’t recommend it.”
