Do not buy a mattress from them!

“It’s horrible! I’ve had a horrible experience with customer service in store at one moment they say they’ll reach out in a day the next they say to upload photos on a website which it does not work then they say to email it’s been 2 weeks or more since I purchased this mattress and it has a stain with mold and has a big indent on it there’s no phone around that big whole and have had no help I would love to just return this mattress that was a gift for my grandmother and get her a new one somewhere else but no I can’t I have to wait and wait and wait to see when they can replace it and see it! Very bad and disappointed to be quite honest! But there very quick into selling you things but slow when trying to fix the product you purchased so I don’t recommend buying a mattress from them but if you do I hope it comes good cause it takes a long time to fix or replace it”
