“After purchasing 2 Twin XL mattresses from the Tempe Arizona store, I of the mattresses had a "wall breakdown" and was defective. They sent out a representative that acknowledged that it was defective and should be replaced. It was 4 weeks until it could be replaced. That date went by and we were told it would be another month before we could get the replacement. I would like to be able to talk to a store manager and not some goof ball in the back room that does not make decisions. We are unable to find out if the store even has a manager. We have purchased a house full of furniture from Ashleys, but this ends our relationship and any good reviews.”
