“Horrible experience tried to cancel order right after it was placed online they said they couldn’t till a tracking number was made so then provided tracking number, it got delivered anyways had to set up for fedex to pick up the mattress un opened still in box. They did now it’s been over a month and again half and have been calling Ashley’s with problems on locating the mattress fedex picked up, still told I will get an email everytime I call and have heard nothing mean while my $1600 bill is still there for something that has been picked up. Pretty unsatisfied and upsetting”

“I have had this bed for 3 months now and I love it. The firm is more like a medium which is great for me because I was use to a plush mattress in the past. Very happy with this mattress!”

“One star is too much. This is absolutely the worst mattress I ever have. Our backs hurt so much, and the entire body. We tried it at the store but the one we had is way to soft, and very uncomfortable. Also, is not cooling at all, if something it is the very opposite. Now we are trying to change it. We HAVE to change it but the store charge $199 plus we have to pay again for the premium delivery, they say. Plus it came defective. I wish I can take a picture but I'm at work now. Our experience with this mattress is a NIGHTMARE!”
