Too soft

“Way too soft. I only recommend this to someone who likes a very soft mattress. Im now stuck with a 1400 dollar bed i can't use. I'll never purchase something like this online ever again. I would exchange this for a firm bed, but i was told from Ashley support that it is not possible. When I pay this off, I will be done doing business with the Ashley Brand.”
