Order Repeatedly Delayed

“I ordered this item and then every day I get an email from Ashley saying my order is delayed. DO NOT ORDER. You will never receive this item. The same mattress comes in coral/ pink, but the price jumped $50, so if I cancel my order and purchase the coral/ pink, it will cost me $50 more. When I try to reach customer service by chat or phone, i only get an automated agent, no actual humans.”
