Can’t control delivery date

“I called to make sure my mattress would not be delivered until a specific date. Was informed that I would get notice of a delivery date and could then change it. NOPE! Mattress arrived in the middle of a snowstorm and is still sitting in my front yard in the snow waiting for me to get back home.”
