“I purchased this mattress based on the specifications listed online, but once I received it, I realized it’s very uncomfortable. It feels too soft and sinks in some areas, making it difficult to sleep well. The consistency is nothing like I expected, and it’s been a frustrating experience. I went to the store to ask if I could exchange it, but they told me no because I bought it online. How was I supposed to know how it felt if I couldn’t try it before purchasing? Now I have to sleep poorly because of this purchase. Very disappointed with the product and the customer service.”

“I bought a room set, I bought the matress when it got deliver to my house, the deliver man said if we bought the box spring, we said no cause the sales perdón told us we did not need it .To my surprise I did need it I had relatives that was going to stay the same day that the bed was deliver and it turn into a caos, at last minute, very upset”
