No sleep, no good

“It may be too soon since I "tried" to sleep on it for 2 night and I am already back to sleeping on the couch. I let it expand for 2 days without sleeping on it, It looked nice and fluffy I thought I finally got a nice box mattress since the ones I tried before was painful and unfortunately this is not good either. They say you need to break in to the new mattresses but at what cost? My hips, my ribs, my back hurts so bad, no actual sleep for the last 2 days. How am I supposed to sleep on this for 30 days before it gets softer? I will be broken before I break in to the mattress.
Why don't they use material that actually does what it's supposed to in 3, 4 days of expanding. This has no plush feeling to it at all.”

“I had ordered the wrong item. The order was not processed yet, I called to cancel item. First female employee I spoke with, told me she would take care of canceling item, which she did not.
Shortly after our conversation, I received a notice that the item I ordered was being shipped. There was no entry of our conversation in your system.
I spoke with two more employees whom were very nice, but unable to cancel item. It was delivered and now the item is going to be returned. I order item at Ashley online. The last man I spoke with about return, was very helpful and kind and sent email to confirm our conversation on returning mattress.
I am very disappointed with my experience dealing with Ashley and found canceling process very difficult.”
