not plush - firm !! dont buy from ashley !

“the mattress we received is very firm - not plush at all. we followed all directions on setup (waiting 48hrs after setup, etc) and it is a very hard bed. the model we tried in the store was much softer and not firm. customer service has not been any help. apparently ashley does not stand behind their products matching what you are shown in the store.”
