“The delivery message was vague from the online websites. When ordered the mattress, you get the impression that the mattress was going to be delivered in a couple days. Then got a message that the delivery was going to be between 10 to 2, then a message by end of day.”

“I had a terrible experience with Ashley Furniture. I purchased a mattress, and after just 6 days I realized it wasn’t right for me. When I went back to exchange it for a better one, they refused to take it back. The salesperson had clearly misled me, telling me I had 90 days to return or exchange the mattress which turned out to be completely untrue.
I feel cheated and extremely disappointed with their dishonesty and lack of customer service. I would never recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone. Be very careful and double-check everything they tell you, because my experience shows that they cannot be trusted!!!”
