“It is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE !
My i got it for my retired elderly mom.... it says itnis FIRM, after 3/4 hours sleeping on it,.it sags so bad for my mom that her back and neck are killing my mom.
We have been up to the store to talk to the manager about this he is so rude had my mom actually crying because they will not help her get a different mattress we don't want to refund we just want to get a different mattress or even willing to spend more money he says he couldn't help us then I called customer support they said all sales are final there's nothing they could do for us my mom is in pain you advertise 30-day Comfort guarantee but don't stand up to it turn around and said that this product is not eligible for that very misleading very deceptive salesman was terrible very unhappy and I've spent thousands of dollars in Ashley's for furniture in the past and I will not do it anymore we're stuck with a 700 $mattress that it's trash”
