“Absolutely horrible experience! Ordered my product on 10/17, scheduled to be delivered by 11/3. Got all the confirmation emails and texts for delivery, took time off of work and delivery didn’t show. No one told me about the fact they cancelled my delivery. Called customer service and they told me they didn’t know what happened. Was told it was now rescheduled for delivery for 11/26 after I called to complain and asks where my delivery was at.!!! Offered $50 off my next purchase as compensation even when I had to alert them to my issues and spend an hour trying to get my product!”
