Poor customer service

“I’ve had this mattress for 13 days and my back is sore. It’s too soft. I am currently trying to get a replacement for a firmer mattress but because I bought online they don’t allow it. I give this 1 star because people who don’t have store near them and who are forced to online purchase, should have the same guarantee return policy as if you bought it at the store. I have chronic back pain and finding a mattress that works my needs has always been stressful especially since I don’t have a store near me. I shouldn’t gain more headache trying to find a mattress that suites my needs yet be punished just because I purchased online. Customer service does not work well with online orders and I feel everybody should be treated the same and equal rather you bought the item online or in store. Not everyone has an Ashley furniture store in their town.”

“Its much firmer than I thought it would be. Also, because I needed a box spring it is very high. I need a step stool to get into bed. If I could exchange it, I would.”
