Order is incomplete, the only reason I gave this 3 stars only because i really like the mattress. Will never make another purchase from Ashley!!

“This review is in regards to delivery, I'm pissed!!! I do like the mattress, but my order is incomplete as of this writing. I made my purchase on 2/19, and was originally told delivery would be on 3/18, (1 Month, what a joke!!), but then the date improved to 3/14, (Wow)! Received a confirmation text early AM from Ashley on 3/13 for my delivery window of 8AM-12PM for 3/14, which I accepted, and nothing was in the confirmation that my order wouldn't be complete. Later on that afternoon, less than 24 hrs. before delivery, I received a call from Ashley @ 2:30PM, telling me the headboard, footboard and side rails are on back order until 3/28!! Only the mattress & foundation will be delivered on 3/14. This is totally unacceptable!! I've already had to wait almost a month, now they tell me my order won't be complete for another 2 weeks! Had I known my order would be like this, I wouldn't have considered Ashley, and I never would have stepped foot in your store. I definitely will not be going there for any further purchases and have told family and friends about my bad experience. I spoke with a customer service rep on 3/14 about this, and I have asked to be credited an inconvenience fee back to my card. Was told I would hear back in about 72 business hours. And No, I Do Not Want a Store Credit!!”
