“I like the style/appearance of this lamp. It is a little heavy which causes it to lean forward on carpeting. Easily resolved with a shim. Self levelers on the lamp base would be helpful.
The cord is longer than necessary, but, it too, is easily resolved.
Those issues aside, this lamp is a nice addition to our space.”

“Although it looked nice, it was not engineered well at all. Several of the lamp post pieces were put in crooked making the impossible to assemble properly or straight. The base post had some hardened pieces inside it which didn’t belong there and prevented it from sitting flat rendering it unstable.”

“Just bought this lamp a few weeks ago as part of a manager's special from the computer catalog in the store so I didn't even touch or see it in person. I really didn't think it was anything that special, just kinda needed to pick one. Well, after I put it together, realizing as I did that is was nice and solid, and turned it on I realized how really elegant this lamp presents in a room. I currently have it in the bedroom and it gives a sophisticated warmth to room, I just love having it on even when I don't really need it to be. If I get the chance I will buy one or two more.”

I needed something that would provide adequate light for reading, knitting, or just an ambiance light, and these are perfect. The height can be adjusted for different people and usage. The style, the weight of the lamp, and the shade give an appearance of a well made, craftsman lamp. I only ordered one first and was so happy with it, I ordered a second.”

“It is a well made lamp. It would be nice if it were a three-way bulb, however, it puts out a very nice light as it is. It came very well packaged, and works just fine, and was easy to assemble. Takes longer to clean up that wonderful packaging then to put the lamp together :) I am in the process of redoing my office, and have put it where it will be by a cabinet once that gets here. I like that the swing arm of the lamp allows it to be placed in the corner and go over the cabinet. Works well in a small space. It is heavy and feels good, adds a nice accent to the room.”
