Hard to assemble but nice once it is finished

“I like the looks of this lamp, but assembly was not easy. The instructions are not very helpful. The three posts of the lamp come in three pieces each. Those were easy to assemble, but when you add the top or the bottom last (I tried it both ways), the posts come unscrewed as you twist. It was not easy assembly.”
