“I'm still waiting for someone to get back to me about a refund, which I requested 10 minutes after it was delivered. I was told I can't return it to a local store & I'll be charged for shipping, whenever someone does decide to get back to me. I'll likely never purchase from Ashley again. This experience has been made more difficult than it needs to be, especially with all the options to shop online today. Other retailers sell furniture and other home accessories online from other vendors using their platform such as, home depot, target, and walmart. Similar to Amazon. The benefit of buying online from these local stores is they allow returns to their local stores, regardless of how purchased. This is for convenience and overall good customer service. This will likely bring returning customers. Ashley just isn't up to date. Hard lesson learned for me with this purchase. Really poor and slow service. I felt the lamp was cheap quality for the price & found better quality elsewhere”
