Poor Customer Service

“Came with missing parts. Mfr said return to retailer - Ashley - retailer wouldnt take it. Contacted customer service, they made me take pictures and jump through a lot of hoops and said I'd hear back in 3-5 days. Our living room furniture and other items came from Ashley, but I'll never return again.”
