“I had the fan installed by an electrician and it wouldn’t turn on. The previous fan worked fine. Customer service wants a video of it. The electrician already took it down and boxed it. I’m waiting for someone to contact me. I was told 3 to days by email. I want a refund. It’s a shame because it’s a beautiful fan!”
