Sent me an incomplete order. Unacceptable

“I received the purchase with over half the pieces missing. All I got was a lampshade and some sticks of the base. No screws, no power cord, no shelf for the base. I’ve been trying to get someone to help me get the complete item I paid for and was just told that a “case was created” and to wait to hear back. Maybe don’t send automated surveys without knowing if you even sent the full item. I’ve gotten nearly 10 marketing emails from you this weekend but no actual help fixing my order yet.”
