“I returned it because the color was not as shown and you charged me $61 yo return it half the price of the lamp, I will never purchase from Ashley again. I purchased beautiful lamps from Home Depot and if I’m not happy it’s FREE return. Customer satisfaction! And this is the second review you have sent me!”

“The finial on the harp of the lamp would not screw down to tighten. Have talked to customer support but haven’t gotten notification of shipping the replacement.
Color of lamp didn’t look like the same color online and was disappointed that the cord was black…wasn’t in the details when I ordered”
