“Decorative hoop piece fell off on one side day 1 as I lifted and bumped it with my hand. Made cheaply despite its heavier weight. I had to buy weld glue to secure it. Shade isn't level and had to take a lot of time to adjust the framing for shade to sit level.”

“I really like these lamps and the price wasn't bad either. Shipping was fairly quick and my lamps were delivered in a decent amount of time. The only thing that I would say negative is the box was smashed a little when I received it. The shade has a small crease in it. I didn't want to deal with having to ship an entire box back to wait for another lamp to be shipped. That was a personal decision and I did not reach out for customer support. The packaging could just be a little better.”

“After debating on purchasing these lamps, I decided to take a chance. So happy I did. Love them. I was afraid the shades wouldn't allow much light. No worry. I have two in my den and they give off ample light. They were easy to assemble and look good. A mixture of antique and modern makes them just right. The height is good so that if sitting close, the bulb does not glare. I recommend this lamp.”

Lesson learned concerning Ashley returns

“Thought these lamps would work in new home so ordered online. A week later changed my mind, so after they arrived I went thru the online return process. Think I chatted online for almost 15 mins, it was communicated that I needed to take boxes to fedex to return and that fedex would provide the shipping label. Did all this and then had to pay $84 to return 2 lamps, boxes were never even opened. Good lesson for me, will never order online with Ashley again, instead will stick with Amazon.”

They wanted to give me a 10% discount. I asked if the lamp can be fixed. I have email twice and haven't heard back. Very disappointed with the customer service.”
