“In furnishing an away-from-home work week apartment with limited space, one of our challenges was finding lamps that provided warm, soft light at a good reading height, scaled so as to not overwhelm our sofa end tables. These lamps completely work! The warm bronze metal frames go perfectly with both our mahogany tables and entertainment center, and the pale tan shades work with our camel sofa,royal blue ottomans and tropical print accent pillows. We love tha the frames are look-through in design, providing height without weight or bulk. We absolutely delighted with this purchase and highly recommend these lamps.”

“This is really a nice looking lamp. Please be aware that the shade is NOT solid white, which I knew before purchasing. In some photos, it looks solid white. The shade is a light beige/taupe color and for some reason it is white around the edge. But when the lamp is on, you cannot see that. The lamp is well made. The switch is strong and does not move in the unit. I am using them by the bedside and they look great there.”

“It matches out bedroom set really well. and they are fairly heavy. The only downside we've experienced is they are a little cheap. The knob to turn on and off were a little bent. Where it connects at the base isn't straight. A little more attention to detail and better craftsmanship would make this a five star lamp.”

“We bought a living room set from Ashley that included the Deidra Table Lamp (Set of 2). The lamps matched our bedroom set so well that we used them on our bedroom night stands. We still needed a table lamp for the living room so we bought two more Deidra table lamps (we wanted just one lamp but they are sold only as a set of two). We positioned our third Deidra lamp on a glass shelf on a living room wall at eye level. Our newest Deidra Table Lamp ties the house's decor together.”

“I found the pair of lamps in a furniture "box" store first. I was surprised by their weight and really liked the style. The price was good too but I wanted to check reviews on line before buying. I only found a couple of positive reviews but, to my surprise, I saved nearly $40 by buying from the Ashley home store directly with free shipping to boot! I ordered the lamps on a Sunday and they were delivered in perfect condition on Thursday.”

Overall the shade is a much darker shade of tan than the online photos reflect. Replaced shades aftermarket with white ones.”
