“I saw this 68 inch floor lamp online on Ashley's website the design was modern, chic, and innovative. I knew at 1st sight it would fit perfectly with my living room décor. I read the reviews and there were some reviewers that rated this product low, so before I put the item in my cart I decided to pay a visit to the store near my location to see the floor model in person. My visit to the store in Glendale, AZ was exceptional due to the great customer service by the store manager Everett and sales rep RJ. With that said, the lamp was absolutely beautiful but the manufacture design has 3 columns that holds the columns together by a pole inside the middle of the lamp (structure). The columns do not screw tightly together as expected but are stacked to fit loosely on top of one another as designed. Informed of these details, I ordered the floor lamp and I am happy with my purchase...so innovative and unique.”

Love the look but…..

“Loved the look of this lamp but I didn’t know that the base would be in two pieces. We tried and tried but we couldn’t get the two pieces to screw together correctly so it was VERY obvious that it was in two pieces. We bought two of these lamps- on one the base pieces wouldn’t line up and screw together correctly and the other lamp didn’t work. Unfortunately, we had to send both lamps back.”

“It took over a month for me to receive this, and it was in stock! It is a hefty, clean modern looking lamp but be prepared to see where each section screws together, shows very prominent! Also some of the finish had rubbed off in places. It was packed in the kind of styrofoam that gets everywhere. 😡 I wouldn’t purchase this again. Meh”

“I love the lamp but when it got delivered it was missing the piece to hold the shade. I contacted Ashley's and had a replacement sent. I received the piece 6 days later installed it went to put the shade on and notice it was was damaged. I again called and now waiting for that replacement. The customer service woman could not have been anymore helpful. She resolved my issue immediately and is sending the new piece.”

“I always have reservations purchasing some items on line and not seeing the item in person. I was disappointed with the quality of this lamp. The base is made up of 3 plastic sections. After assembly you can clearly see a slight gap or line where each join together. I wouldn't recommend purchasing it and wish that I hadn't.”
