“My shipment arrived broken. I was extremely disappointed because I was expecting family that weekend.Then I tried to call them, and they said, they need proof that it's broken. But I'm disabled, then I can't get into that room and I would need to pay someone to come and take a photo for me, because no one's willing to help anybody for free. This has been a horrible experience, a complete disappointment and a waste of money for me. I didn't even open the second box. I'm too scared to know.”

“The lamp would be nice if it wasn't defective. 3 lamps (2 replacements) all either broken or the cord at the top that connects to the lightbulb holder is too long and therefore can't assemble. Tried to push it in to the base with no luck. You would think they would do some quality control before shipping a replacement. What a waste of their money.”
