“Love the lamp but was delivered upside down and one has a chip in it. I paid someone to put it together so I don’t want to return it. I will try to fill in the chip unless you have something I could use”

“Firstly, the lamps were very cheap looking. Customer service is terrible, dont even try to get a response on the chat. When you finally talk to someone, you have to pay for shipping to return. It is very expensive. They dont let you return to the store.
Never going to buy anything from ashley again.”
