“I ordered two of these lamps for my living room. They arrived while we were out of state so it was close to two weeks before we came home and my husband unpacked them. They were packaged well but have several issues. One lamp has a large depression that looks terrible ( I rotated the lamp as much as possible to hide it, taking the cord into account) and is not 3 way as labeled / only 1 level works and it flickers like there is a short. The second lamp has some dented areas that are less noticeable, but the base sits crooked which also looks terrible but the three way works. Since I did not inspect them within a day of delivery I am forced to keep them. I paid a little over 100 per lamp on a sale - which is entirely too much for what I ended up with. I own a number of Ashley’s pieces including other lamps but I will never order directly from them again. I read reviews which were positive overall so maybe I ended up with seconds or returns.”
